I-Rise Care Services is an NDIS and VOOHC( Voluntary out of home care) Service Provider.
We provide support and care to people living with a disability and to children who need alternate accomodation.

Our Mental Health Service provides the following:
- Mental health assessment and risk formulation.
- Case management
- Care planning and care delivery.
- Care and support coordination.
- Community access and engagement.
- Medication management and monitoring including administration of Clozapine and long acting injectables.
- Psychotherapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, grief and loss
Behind the scenes
Our team

Maruva
Maruva is a qualified support coordinator who has been working in the community services sector. Working in the aged care and disability sector, as a disability support worker and as a support coordinator has allowed Maruva to build her skills and knowledge about the barriers faced by clients and the NDIS. Maruva is empathic, compassionate and a strong advocate for the rights of people with a disability. She has a passion to empower and support people to grow and achieve their goals.

Nicola
Nicola is a Registered Mental Health Clinician with over 10 years experience. She has worked in both the hospital and community setting. Nicola has also worked in the disability sector, supporting and caring for individuals living with a disability. Additionally , Nicola has experience working with children in the VOOHC setting. Nicola has a strong work ethic and is always striving to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care with the least restrictions. She understands the importance of collaborating with the consumer , families and other healthcare service providers so as to provide holistic care and support

Clare
Clare has worked in the aged care and disability industry for over 7 years. She has a cert 3 in aged care and is currently completing her bachelors in health science. Clare is compassionate and puts premium on providing quality care for people living with a disability, the elderly, children and young people.
